• New frequently asked questions have been added to the Claim Center on travelers.com to help you make informed decisions and effectively navigate the Auto or Property pre-claim process.

2. Property Claim Pre-Consultation

• Travelers Pre-Claim Consultation is available with additional information before filing a Property claim. This service is available for you and us as your agent for Personal Insurance, Select and Agribusiness.

How it works

Travelers consultants will:

• Review your policy and discuss the details of the loss
• Help you make an informed decision
• Take the claim if the decision is to file one
